Donna Mehr,

Founder and Principal Consultant

  • For nearly three decades, Donna Mehr, founder of Toccata Data Solutions, has partnered with nonprofits to strengthen their capacity to advance their missions.

    Donna has worked across virtually every aspect of nonprofit development, including event management, annual giving, donor communications, and prospect research. This hands-on fundraising experience informs her approach to data strategy, allowing her to design highly functional, purpose-driven data infrastructures that directly support fundraising goals, decision-making, and donor engagement.

    Donna holds a Master of Arts from Duke University, where she studied philanthropy and civic engagement, as well as a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Donna now lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband, daughter, and two retired racing greyhounds, Basil and Nessa.

  • Rachel Silverthorn joined Toccata Donor Data Solutions in 2023, bringing with her a strong background in nonprofit programming and fundraising. She partners with nonprofit clients to configure and integrate their donor management and online fundraising tools, ensuring that data systems support their organizational goals and empower their mission.

    Additionally, Rachel utilizes her skills in project management to provide each client with an excellent experience.

    Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Rachel is deeply connected to the local nonprofit community and passionate about helping organizations maximize their impact through thoughtful, sustainable data practices.

    She lives in Raleigh with her husband, their two children, and a golden retriever, Willa.

Elizabeth (Liza) Narducci,

Database Associate

  • With experience in nonprofit operations, Liza understands firsthand the challenges involved in navigating CRM transitions and the critical role data integrity plays in advancing mission-driven work. Liza brings strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a talent for building meaningful relationships to help nonprofit organizations optimize their databases and focus on what matters most.

    Originally from New Jersey, Liza now resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina with her husband, son, and crew of energetic pets. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and passionately advocating for the inclusion of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, especially those with Down syndrome.
